A cauliflower is a large round vegetable with a white central part that is made up of lots of small, hard flowers.

A breakfast cereal is a food that you eat at breakfast. Cereals are often made from wheat, oats or rice and you eat them with milk.

Cheese is a type of food that is made from milk and has a strong, salty taste.

A cake made from a layer od biscuit, or a sweet pastry base, covered with soft cheese, eggs, sugar, and sometimes fruit.

a small, round, reddish fruit with a stone in the centre.

Chilli

The small, red or green seed case from particular types of pepper plant that is used to make some food very hot and spicy.

Chocolate

chocolate is a sweet food that is made from cocoa and sugar.

Cinnamon

The bark of a tropical tree, or a brown powder made from thus, used as a spice to give a particular taste to food, especially sweet food.

Clove

A small, dark brown dried flower of an evergreen tree, used as a spice.

Coconut

A coconut is a big, round, hard nut that grows on palm trees. It is brown and hairy on the outside and it has sweet, white flesh inside that you can eat.

a hot drink made with the roasted ground beans of a plant called coffee.

A cookie is a large, soft biscuit.

Corn is the seeds of plants such as wheat, which we use as food.

A small, round, red fruit with a sour taste.

Cream is athick white liquid that is taken from milk. You eat cream with fruit and other sweet foods.

A cucumber is a long, green vegetable that you eat raw in salads.
